Sad. Very sad. Drive by losers were undoubtedly trying to take out the other dudes. Chick and kid were just in the way.

In all seriousness this is one of the roots of my utter disdain for the BLM movement. As a youth, I got to experience and interact with some of the more rough neighborhoods of inner Chicago (at the height of the crack epidemic--white boy going door to door, thank god the pastor was black). The people there live in fear every day of BS like this and no one does shit.
All people do is use their situation to build power, like local alderman. The average joe on the street at age 10 has 2 choices, join a gang or get his ass kicked for 8 years trying to build a future. And we are suprised it remains the hell hole it is. Celebrate rap and thug culture while 1 or 2 outta a thousands ply their 'cred' to be millionaires and the first thing the do is get the F outtta dodge.
Any BLM asshole gets in your face, ask them to name a single victim under 10 from Chicago.
And all you dope-heads contribute to this crap with your weed/party culture

The First 48 Hours had an episode where rival drug dealers rolled up and hosed down a family when targeting one competitor, killing toddlers and anyone else gathered on the porch. Thats not uncommon in the hood.
There's even a ghetto term for it called 'a blackout' when everyone in the entire family is ordered to be killed. And yet you never hear about it.

This is terribly sad. I was just at the store and the manager and asst. manager are both black folks. Hard working, well dressed, well spoken, polite. Most of the black folks in my area are like that. This must be a city thing.

You know what is more messed up than that, it dosen’t bother me one bit. What you saw is their culture, they created it and it’s their problem. Shit like that happens across town here.
