Just because something wasn’t reported to the police doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.
I’ll add to that. Just because something was reported to the police doesn’t mean the police will be honest and say it was reported; especially if it doesn’t fit their narrative.

yes,am obviously using them. one has to today to do much of anything. the fact is they add nothing to the real quality of life and have caused
their use to become mandatory and universal to the benefit of the 1%.
if you are old enough,think clearly about life,at least in the US,say 40 years ago +/- 5. friends have said,and i agree,that our lives in the early 60s was as close to paradise as you could get. no,not perfect but good with some thought and work and minor adjustments to society. yes,started downhill in late 60s for various reasons which could have been stopped or altered without damage to society. gone now showing no sign of return.
