How do you remove it. All my actions are curtis, clockwise twist and remove. Not sure how to remove the impact Precision firing assembly. Doesnt seem to just twist like the curtis actions.

After needing to pull my firing pin out at a match without much for tools, I now carry the Brownells tool in my range/shooting bag. It is cheap and I agree it makes the process very easy.Buy a r700 firing pin tool from brownells. Always good to have on hand.
It makes threaded firing pin assemblies ridiculous easy to remove.
I have a tikka and Nucleus so this new experience for me with it alsoYeah all my actions have always been curtis actions so I didn't know it was just like a rem 700

Small sample disclaimer but I have only seen it on a factory rem 700 pin, if the impact has it thats a nice unseen benefit though minor as it isDoes the impact have the coin slot?
My lone peak does not.
I just got a LP and haven't checked. How do you remove it?Does the impact have the coin slot?
