Any gunsmiths or shooters with a rear entry rem 700 action wrench I could borrow by any chance? Just moved to wasilla an forgot my action wrench with the movers. Need to spin on a barrel for a hunt if possible.

Never heard of wasilly being not that close to anchor town but Stan Jackson in Anchorage 907.349.3854 at one time and prob still the best. Amazing work and accuracy.

I actually did call Stan but there wasn’t any answer. He’s done work for me in the past when I lived in eagle river several years ago. I’m actually a little further outside of wasilla so getting into anchorage is a little over an hour for me. Totally doable for sure. I’ll give Robert a call tomorrow.

Yeah trying to squeeze in a moose hunt with a friend to see if I can fill the freezer while there’s still time in the season. Movers got delayed so I have a few days while I’m waiting for household goods to arrive.
