In trouble on Barf.com again

AR15.com makes me appreciate the hide so much more.

This time is was not for responding to questions withing there insane 72 hour window.

This time I got in trouble for listing "my" SCAR for sale that was pictured on a glass table at my dealers (who is also my buddy) "It looks like a dealer so you must be a dealer and need to pay for a dealer account"

Did not even ask me if I was a dealer or not, just assumed I was and locked my threads and told me to take it up with the moderators.

I have it with that site... You get a bunch of interest when selling semi there, but its not worth it any longer. The hide is so much better organized, managed, and moderated.

confucious once say "I'd much rather dip my balls in honey and teabag a fireant mound than traverse the basement dweller circle jerk site that is arfcom"

Loc: Lodi, ohio As soon as you hit 100 post your post have been 100% in the for sale section. I dont think your a dealer but you are selling alot here and it boarders on commecial sales. Please back off in the for sale section or you will be asked to become a supporting vendor.
Thanks,
Shawn

I guess what S&J meant to say was that since you joined, you posted 107 legit posts within a month (some were "+1", "I agree", etc. and those are counted which is fine by me - we all post those) from 10/26/11-11/21/11. Your 108th post was in a For Sale forum (WTS: Leupold M8 4x28 EER***SOLD***). Since then you have posted 99 times in various For Sale forums either putting something up or bumping your own thread. Compare the 99 posts to 11 posts in other categories and you get 90%.

So to S&J, I guess BravoSector is upset that he got the PM which should have said "As soon as you hit 107 posts your posts have been 90% in the for sale section."

Re: In trouble on Barf.com again

Exactly...thank you for proving my point. Knowledge is power and if some homework was done, and a simple IM/Email "what are you doing" went out prior to this, it would have prevented the back-and-forth and clarified the issue. So simple...isn't it. Love the site...and what it has to offer, but ACCURACY is talked about here often and in many ways. This WAS NOT accuracy

This right here. I don't have an account on there but anytime I've browsed the boards, it becomes painfully obvious what a fuckin joke and pathetic excuse for a firearms community that place is.

The Hide is my top forum for all things relating to firearms, knives, training, etc.

Agreed. For those into M1A, try m14forum.com Not as good as the Hide, but some nice M1A's
