JesusColumbus Ohio has a ban being considered by the council wizards too
“Proposal 112 is a special resolution which urges the Indiana General Assembly to support a ban on assault weapons and high capacity magazines,” said the east side Democrat. “What does the community want to do about guns and violence in our community? This is a process that will begin the process of discussion on that very issue which is guns and violence in our community. Start with the assault weapon as a starting point, not an ending point, but a starting point on qualifications, interviews, what kind of person should be allowed to obtain a weapon, background checks, etc. etc.”
Indiana law prohibits cities, towns, mayors and councils from passing their own gun ordinances, so Oliver’s plea would first need to pass out of the council, gain Mayor Joe Hogsett’s signature, and then find favor in the Republican-controlled state legislature at the other end of Market Street.

Not.

All of you guys that have given up on Trump better start praying he gets to appoint a lot more judges. I sure am.
I believe a lot of them are being held up by the Senate, in the hopes of changing the composition of the Senate in the midterm. Why hasn't he appointed more Federal judges to fill the numerous vacancies that exist. Seems strange to me. There may not be another SCOTUS vacancy in his term.

Can't the present judges vacate their positions by whatever process faster?
What's RBG's BP today? Still registering systolic and diastolic?
Kacich lied to my face about supporting 2A. He will not. He told me, to my face, a few years ago that he would vote against a gun control bill. In person. Face-to-face... he lied. He voted for it. He is a liar and a scumbag.
Cheers,

Do these states have laws allowing municipalities making their own gun laws? Here in Utah about the only "ordnance" cities can pass is "no discharging of firearms in city limits".
You mean Bloomberg's stooge . That election was purchased straight up .Pennsylvania has state preemption, but it won't save us from our socialist Governor.
That ain't no shit. Out of respect for my neighbors I don't fire any centerfire only subsonic 22long rifle at my place which is very rural. Early this year I shot about 250 rounds of 22lr in the span of two hours and that night at 11:00pm some douche monkey stops in front of my house and launches two of some sort of firework mortor over my house that blows up literally over my roof sounding like a good damn 50 cal. I go sit on the front porch for 20 min afterwards and see a neighbor about 1/3 mile away pulling into their house with no lights on......hmmmm makes ya wonder don't it....^^^ Same thing here... faggots moved into my area with their $5M McMansions... and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights they are blowing off fireworks at 10 PM trying to be all cool and rural. But they call the police for every gunshot during the day.... they are scared and triggered.
%$#k them.

Any poultry farms up there? A few loads of litter when the wind's blowing right would make any fields you have grow great. Introduce them to the country proper.^^^ Same thing here... faggots moved into my area with their $5M McMansions... and every Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights they are blowing off fireworks at 10 PM trying to be all cool and rural. Tyranny will fabricate a problem for their solution .What I find comical about some of these localities suggesting ordinances around 'assault weapon' bans is that, at least in this case, they are places which have historically very low levels of gun related crime/violence, and especially not the kind that involves any type of semi automatic black rifle.
