Inline Fabrication Ergo Handles and quick change mount plates??

Ordered one each Roller Ergo handles for my Lyman and RC presses. Both presses are ambi but these handles dont appear to be. I didnt see an option for which hand when I ordered them on their website so I figured they would work either way. Having tried mocking them up, I dont think they will work set up for a lefty.

Also 2 of the 3 mount plates I received will not sit flat on the top of the UltraMount. Its like the "tongue" isnt bent properly and its causing the forward part (closest to user) of the plate to be elevated about 3/16". One of the plates I received works perfectly and it sits flat.

Anyone have issues such as these or experience with this company?

There is a set screw on the back side of the quick change plate that is attached to the ultra mount, try backing it out a bit and see if that solves the problem. What I would do is back out the set screw and see if I could find a good balance with all 3 plates. I have mine set to where it leaves about 1/16" to 1/8" gap at the front of the plate, then I snug it up with the wing nuts. However, I think with mine I could probably remove the set screw entirely and nothing would feel loose.

Ok, Dan emailed me back and said the gap is created by slightly thicker powder coating on the plates and that it’s nothing to worry about. He told me the thumb screws should close the gap and to rock on. When I finger tightened them they did suck it down snug so I consider that issue resolved.
Still wondering about these ergo roller handles being ambi or not.
