Installing a muzzle brake - how to torque

I bought the M4-72 brake in .308. I got the accuwasher system and got it installed, level, and hand tight. The directions say to torque to 20-30ft/lb. I've done research and I've not seen any torque wrench that would be able to torque a brake. Any suggestions?

I'd go with the crows foot/torque wrench method that everyone has mentioned. Just wanted to add, for those that have brakes without a flat for a crows foot, I find a strap wrench is the way to go. I'll add enough layers of electrical tape around the brake to get the diameter built up enough to use the strap wrench when I have to (remove the tape after tightening obviously).
