I've been lurking and reading for a while, and recently joined. Just an old retired guy who likes anything that is sharp and shiny, or goes bang. Recently had the opportunity of a lifetime to acquire a fine precision rifle. I researched here for several weeks until I decided on what I thought would make a nice piece of kit, and took it to my local range today. It's only 100 yards, but enough to get a feel for what my rifle and scope is capable of. I'm no rifleman, just like to shoot.
My setup is an AI AT in 6.5 Creedmoor, 6x24x56 Kahles, with 4001 Spuhr mount, BT-10 tripod, and a Little Bastard Gen3 brake. Put it together myself with everything torqued per specs. I love this rifle. Thanks to all of you who have answered other peoples questions, and posted reviews of equipment!
Everything I put through it shot pretty well, but it loves Berger ammo in 130 OTM and 120 Scenar-L.
Thanks again to all of you knowledgeable folks who are so good to share what you know. Hope I'm inserting these pictures correctly.
