I have been a member here at the Hide for a while, but mainly lurked and never really gotten into any discussions. Today I was looking for some subsonic load data and suddenly realized that I've never introduced myself...
My name is John and I am a 28 year old Deputy Sheriff in Central Alabama. I serve as a Marksman/ Observer on our part time Tactical Response Unit and have done so for about three years now. I have had several great opportunities to get some good schools under my belt, and recently joined the American Snipers Association. With all of that said, I still have tons to learn and rarely hit the range without learning something. I have also began shooting some precision rifle competitions lately, and that has become quite addictive.
I look forward to utilizing the wealth of information found here at the hide and hopefully making thoughtful contributions of my own.
