They seem hit and miss. The one I have is a miss, but the vast majority seem to have good luck with them. Manufacturing defects should be covered under warranty.
I just bought one and it seems that the Snipers Hide special edition had multiple issues. Call Scott at Liberty Optics and he has a wealth of knowledge on these and he also sells them. Great guy and he is the only reason I went with mine.
I know of a handful of shooters still using IOR scopes, every one of them has had to use their warranty.
The last one to go down was a SH edition scope, which got some type of grease smear/drip on the inside of the ocular lens.
IOR Customer Service, outside of Liberty Optics, has improved. But there is an old addage that says something like - the best warranty is one you'll never need. With that said, I buy NF scopes.
