IOTA or DFAT training

Using a device like IOTA or DFAT mounted on the scope objective at what training distances you can use power on 15 or 16x and see focused? With NF NXS or S&B PMII for example.

can't tell you about those scopes specifically but I have a DFAT and use it at 12 feet. You will need to mess around with the parallax to get it just right but I have no issues

i'm usually between 12 and 14x because that is where i'm usually at during a match. keep in mind i have this on a athlon midas tac 6-24 and the rifle is a cz455 for rimfire prs style matches.

i have to set my parallax down around 25 yards and that seems to work pretty well.

unfortunately i don't have experience with it on any other scopes

Thanks! The scopes I want to use don't allow me to set parallax for 25 yards and @ 30 feet can only use 5x or 6x.

Damn, didn't know that.
I've had a couple of IOTAs for years.
I've been on DFAT's site and their product looks good.
The addition of the "field of targets/fire adds some realism to the practice.
