Getting more and more tempting to put up the tenmile I picked up for one of these, save a few lbs and still have a SFP reticle the ole man will like.

Futch, how do you like it since getting it? I just ordered one from sportsoptics they still had a good deal going on with free shipping. Listed my tenmile.
For sure. Everything i have to compare here is a pretty big step up budget wise. Need to get it home and put it side by side to the LHT
The glass should look identical.
The bodies and mechanisms are just made in different OEM's (Japan & Philippines)
I hope that’s the case if the glass is identical that is a huge win for $750, $689 at SO right now. The turret from the one video Futch sent actually seemed leaps and bounds better than the LHT if I’m being honest.View attachment 8430951

I have both the Razor FFP LHT and the new Viper HD FFP
Both are great scopes. Impressions
Viper and Razor glass are almost identical. I can’t tell which sees better but that’s one sample each. They are both great
I like the 10 mil per turn better than the 6 mil per turn better
Clicks seem the same and very good on both
The Razor rides on a rifle I loan out when teaching classes because someone’s “ Grest deal just as good” stuff always breaks lol. It has many thousands of rounds fired and has worked flawlessly
I just installed the Viper HD on a training rifle and with only a few hundred rounds it has worked perfectly as well
I can see myself purchasing more of the Viper HDs for SPR and DMR rifles. It really is a great deal

Got mine in today, have to say the turret is miles better than my 4.5-22x50. Very pleased with the turret. Obviously can't comment on the glass yet.
Sir, while I like the ten mils per turn better than the 6, both my Razor LHTs have great clicks. As I said I use them on teaching weapons and guys always comment on how good those scopes are.
I still see a slight edge going to the Razor but I love both of the types
have you tried turning them a bunch of times to break them in? Guy who used to run Nightforce taught me that years ago and it sometimes helps

@Scott_at_Vortex i noticed this morning the Viper HD 3-15x44 has the mrad reticle crossed out. Is his a temporary issue or a permanent change? Thank you.

While y'all are fixing that glitch, and chance you can go ahead and also add an MRAD reticle option to the 2-10x42 page? Seems like that option must have glitched out too, because it would be great.
