McGregor and Scott Ritter are the only ones speaking only sense about this whole conflict.
The media everywhere is going with this false sense that Ukraine's "taking" of certain cities/ground means they're winning or that it even amounts to anything at all.
As @DarnYankeeUSMC alluded to, and Col Mcgregor is the only public voice Ive found that seems to acknowledge it- it at least appears that Russia is taking the path of least resistance by giving up any cities/ground that aint super easily defended or very important for them.. and making Ukr pay dearly with artillery as soon as their troops enter and occupy said ground. Which Ukraine largely has no answer to...
Such a wasteful use of precious lives that Ukraine really cant spare, who are frankly dying for Klaus Schwab, and who as I said before.. I dont fault many/most of them for being tricked into thinking they're fighting for a good cause. They were lied to by everyone at all levels(just like a lot of folks who got duped into vaxxing for the "greater good"), and its very difficult to find ANY news/media source that is even somewhat neutral and doesn't portray Russia as satan in nation-state form.

But from the outside looking in.. appears to me that Russia is playing the long game and sapping all of Ukraine's manpower then will move in for the kill once sufficiently weakened.

Some may remember Zelensky actually originally wanted to uphold the deal and have peace- keep Ukraine neutral and out of NATO. Unfortunately money talks, and our CIA/State dept orchestrated the euromaidan.

"Providing assistance for Ukrainians to defeat the Russians is the No. 1 priority for the United States right now, according to most Republicans," McConnell said. "That's how we see the challenges confronting the country at the moment."
But why is this the "No. 1 priority" for the U.S.? It truly is a shame what is happening in Ukraine, and many people are rightfully sympathetic. However, Ukraine's security is not the most important issue facing the public.
Between rampant inflation, a homelessness crisis, a deteriorating education system, an enormous national debt, and a culture war, there is no justifiable reason Ukraine should be the "No. 1 priority." Such a statement is indicative of why so many Republican voters favored Trump and the MAGA platform. They want their taxpayer dollars spent on citizens. What a radical concept!
And the purpose of this isn't to defend Trump or MAGA. It's to point out that Republican voters are tired of politicians who do not put America first. If politicians like McConnell are concerned with humanitarian crises to spend billions of taxpayer dollars on, he should start with everyone living in poverty in the U.S.

The critical point that anyone who believes in the Legitimacy of the United States as a sovereign country needs to get through their head is this:

If a person does not believe that, they do not believe the USA has any right to exist and therefore we should still be British, and our founding fathers should have been hanged.
To simplify, the Lockean ideals that our Founding Fathers believed in leave no gray area in the ideal that the People themselves determine their own destiny, and are sovereign in their own land, which is their property. This is in opposition to the old European aristocratic notion that the people belong to the land, which belongs to the Sovereign.
In Donbass, the people supported the president who the Obama State Dept. and Soros overthrew in a color revolution. They knew that the new radical West Ukrainian leadership that Washington put in charge would be detrimental to their well being. If you don't know what their mood was, you were not paying attention in 2014. There are no IF-AND-or BUTs about it. And the Kiev juanta literally fried them and shot them when they protested, so they revolted. Just like we did in 1775. To deny them that right to self determination is to reject the legitimacy of the United States, since they did the same thing for the same reasons as we. So to harp on "territorial integrity" and reject the "consent of the Governed" is literally the opposite of our founding ideals. No surprise our media and government are directly at odds with our founding ideals.
You can make all kinds of arguments for why Russia is doing what it is doing - from the Ukrainian/Soros/NWO view that "this is an invasion" to the Russian view that they are protecting "brother slavs" from the invading West - something that Russia has always had deeply ingrained in their character. If you remember 1914, It was Russia giving blanket support to Serbia against Austria which started the dominoes. But one thing you can never do it believe the utter bullshit put out by our media. That is designed to indoctrinate people who have no clue about anything.

Problem is not Ukraines east “1775/6” moment but the need for it in the West. However it appears that “the people” no longer wish for “their own pursuit of happiness” but actually wish for a sovereign to tell them how to live and what to do not just to feel good but to actually be able to survive… This is something people in 1775 who had those “blasphemous” ideas about freedom simply could not imagine.
