Here, hold my beer! Some redneck's gonna shoot a flare at those vent bubbles.
If it bad that I REALLY want to see the flame propagation when that happens? Should be pretty impressive. Wonder how far away the flame will travel before the fuel is too diluted to combust. Some redneck's gonna shoot a flare at those vent bubbles.
Flare gun.Anybody got a match?
Who's to say it wasn't Russia? The line was already closed, now Russia can blame others for the gas being shut off. They can say they want to turn the pipes back on, but can't because they've been sabotaged. Pretty convenient if you ask me.
Anyone with a patrol boat capable of dropping a depth charge and a lowrance fish finder could do itIt's pretty obvious the USA / CIA did the blowing up of the pipelines as they are the only ones that would benefit from it.
They are also the ones with the tools to do so easily.
The Russians already turned them off and were going to use turning them on as negotiating chips in trying to get a peace deal kick started this winter.
The pipelines being blown up puts a serious blow to Russian hopes for a quicker negotiated end to the war.
The USA doesn't want any peace, the CIA wants a forever war to bleed out Russia and bring Europe back under USA control instead of trying to do their own thing like they have been.
The CIA / USA blowing up the pipelines make it all the more likely the war won't be able to come to a negotiated end anytime soon and will have to be fought until the CIA runs out of Ukrainians.
The Europeans wouldn't have done it as that was also their big hope as well as their negotiating ploy for getting Russia to agree to better terms quicker.
I guess all those Europeans should get ready to enjoy a long cold frozen winter courtesy of the CIA
And probably collapsed economies the following year as high energy prices make industry grind to a slow pace.
I wonder if the European people will enjoy the USA wanting to play imperialist overlord on them, because that's what's coming.
At the rate this is going, the CIA and our government here is pretty much going to guarantee WWIII kicks off because too many folks are going to refuse to roll over and be the new serfs to the CIA without first giving it their all. Nobody is talking about China but I'd suspect the Chinese are busy considering if WWIII might be their only way out.
Kind of shades of how the USA pressured Japan until Japan said fuck it, we are all in or bust and kicked WWII into overdrive.
I pulled up maritime navigational charts and they look to be 200+ meters depth in those areas.I know next to nothing about this, but the fact that they are under water sure seems to suggest it was a nation state that did it. Anyone know how deep these pipes are under water? Things are getting froggy.
Thing to remember that salt water is displacing the gas which is bubbling up to the surface, Salt water is extremely corrosive and may render the pipeline permanently damaged. Hopefully this is not a Sarajevo event and tantamount to a declaration of war if carried out by a nation state.

Don’t know specs on those but in the US, the majority will be internally coated. Yes, there will be several miles of sea water that will have to be removed. It will take days to weeks to months to pig all the water out. It may take multiple pig runs to get it out. Then they may run “smart pigs” to check for anomalies. True but also they will have to deal with all the sediment that was carried along with the water intrusion. Much more difficult to remove and far more damaging to the equipment which moves the gas. All of this to promote a proxy war with Russia.Don’t know specs on those but in the US, the majority will be internally coated. To interpret the logs. Then it has to be dried to get the water vapor down to get it to usable spec for distribution systems.
But first it has to be repaired. That will be a major project in itself. Only 1 or 2 companies in the world that can do it.
One of those alphabet ones.I just wonder which branch of our government is responsible .
Not just NS2 who ever did the demolition blew up 3 out of 4 pipes so both NS1 and NS2So… Nordstream 2 had dirt on the Clintons?
