The Problem is its making its way into things its not supposed to be in. I don't know if ya'll realize it but there are plenty of perfectly functional people that are high as shit all day long. They work, Pay bills, pay taxes and one thing for sure... they know how to do their drugs. The problem with Fentanyl is when its put into something, that some one doesn't know its in, they do to much and die.

I know three people personally in the last 7 years killed by Fentanyl Overdoes. They were't street junkies, and they OD'd because they were unaware of the presence of the F in their H.

Exactly. The street junkies, after sometime of relentless misery chained to the devil, almost subconsciously hope to just nod off one day and put them out of their misery.
It’s the inadvertent OD from people with actual jobs, good lives and families that are “weekend partiers” going to a music festival or bachelor party that OD. Trying to snort a line of blow to keep partying and then stop breathing. That’s the point. Judge them if you like but that’s the reality.

I admit it has been over a decade since I read the book. But if I remember correctly, and this may be an oversimplification, the doctrine talks about waging war across every domain and unleashing effects from one domain into another. Somewhat similar to our MDO/JADO doctrine. But using drugs to decimate our culture as part of a broader campaign to give us more problems than we can deal with nests nicely with the two original authors concept.

Remember doctrine evolves over time.

Imports are spiking at huge levels. And not just addicts are getting dead…. Lethal Doses are finding their way into everything from first responders to kids to folks thinking they were buying “holistic” medicines.

China is making enough fentanyl to dose every American, maybe every Westerner.
