If the Unis had the capacity to make champions they wouldn't bother with poaching foreigners would they?

Seems that the ChiComs took my Gross Domestic Medal count idea to the next level. They're just adding the medal count of other teams to theirs. Kind of like if the USA said, "See all of those Canadians, they're really US athletes (and Canada really doesn't exist) and their medals count towards our totals. Boom, suck it bitches..."
