So I can't read the whole article. I am under the assumption that it means the NSA has a good track record for figuring out who someone is, that has had their name redacted from a document.
If that is the case I would feel pretty good if someone ever felt the need to remove my name from a document. I generally dont cause that kind of trouble.

You might be surprised at the level of uncoordination between agencies honestly. Atleast, back in my days as a outlaw it was kinda unsettling, I was arrested for one thing while awaiting trial for another in a different county - and went to court/served jail/probation at same time for both without either knowing of the other. My public pretender wisely advised me to make no mention of the other pending incident. To be fair though, if it was truly serious crimes I was committing, the likelihood surrounding counties knew or could find out probably increases accordingly. Thankfully.. I eventually learned ->
