Rifle Scopes ISO Burris First-Responder Distributor for Questions

I have attempted to contact multiple agencies including Burris themselves to see if only the optics listed on the price page were available for the First Responder program. More specifically, trying to find out if the XTR II 4-20x50mm with Horus H591 reticle was offered through the program. Any help would be appreciated, feel free to message me.
