Your not wrong, but I would just say that don't think that conflict is any different than the inca's, Azteca and Myans that permit to this day. Can anybody really say that Afirca hasn't had 4000 years of internal conflict that persit to this day.

Somewhat predictable, after running out of targets of any value in day one or two, you are left with pure demolition work against targets of little to no military value at all. Anyone who thinks airwar was a huge win is deluded, end of day once bombs started falling, no much effort was needed for Hamas folks to disappear among the plebs, ditch their phones and then the only thing IDF could really hit was infrastructure and low-level cannon fodder here and there if they caught them setting up the missile launches. Without ground incursion forcing the enemy to group its forces airpower efficacy is greatly diminished .Its just a game of whack a mole with fast diminishing returns. Honestly only win here was for Netanyahu's political carrer.
