I applaud the Irish - their moral statement carries more meaning than the score on the court in my opinion.
Pikey team ranked 80th in the world, oookay…. Israeli team looked to have more hotties (and prolly better shooters too). When is Ireland taking in those Pali refugees? Lucky for them it’s just a Euro comp and the Aussie team wasn’t there, the piss taking (and the on court beat down) would have been epic.
Similar thing happened when the Canadian "women's" team played the Israelis, but for a different reason. You see, a "Canadian handshake" is when you go up and cup each others balls. The Canadians refused when they found out that the Israelis don't allow trannys.

The fact that Hamas FAFO’ed with a lot of civilian lives on the line is completely ignored. Little wonder that the McBasketball Team didn’t want to be nice.

From what I read, the Israelis accused the Irish team of antisemitism, a charge the Irish denied. Subsequently, the Irish team refused to shake hands.

Dubya didn't appear too surprised when he got the news during the children's reading hour he was sitting in on.. He acted more like he was told the package he was expecting had arrived.
