When this addition was made, quite a few of us sitting around the shop wondered if by choosing "Non-Binary" and then affirming under 21.h. that you had not been adjucated as mentally defective, this would be treated as falsifying a govt doc.

All this woke / PC / mental illness is going to come back full circle and show them just how fucked up and hypocritical they are.
This is the time to ask the left why they try to keep the poor and minorities from exercising their 2A rights and the basic right to self-defense by requiring ID to buy a gun in the first place.
We need to use their own tactics against them to show them what hypocrites they are.
How can they expect a poor person to have an ID.
I would love to see one of those street interviews like with Crowder where he asks random people about should we require ID to vote and make it seem has if he is totally onboard with them and then at the end of each person's interview say something like.
"Oh, and guns also we shouldn't require an ID to buy guns either should we? I mean you are exactly right how can we expect poor people to have an ID to vote we can't expect them to have one to buy firearm for personal protection either should we?"
I would love to see their fucking head explode when their own "logic" is applied to something they disagree with.

Honest question, I've always claimed white. What would happen if I started claiming Hispanic? My grandad was full blooded Mexican and I do use his name? Would that be a ding or a positive, I think about everytime I answer that question.

Remember when half-Peruvian George Zimmerman shot Trayvon Martin? The New York Times, CNN and other leftist media outlets tried to pin him with the "white hispanic" label in order to bolster their narrative that Zimmerman was obviously an evil racist white man who murdered a poor defenseless black kid. So if you talk and behave as a leftist Democrat, you might be safe, but no guarantees - the left will eat their own if/when they stray from whatever the party line happens to be at the moment.
