J. Allen Chassis - Need a Favor

Hey guys, please see the picture below of my fathers JAE 700 chassis.

Just in front of the slot where the recoil lug sits is a hole that looks like it accepts a bolt, but there is no threading and when he received the chassis, there was a loose bolt simply dropped into this hole rattling around.

We are trying to determine if this was simply a misplaced bolt, or if the factory forgot to thread this hole to accept a bolt.

Can someone with a JAE chassis please check this area for us and even post a picture if it’s not too much trouble. Thanks.

The thread is in the bottom of the cage..but it is threaded and missing the screw
