Hi guys, I wanted to throw up a review of my 100% ISPC target from JC steel. After hiking up to a local peak I finally got a shot off at this heavy duty AR500 target with my 6.5 Creedmoor.
(My truck can be seen in the distance at about 350 yards).
Rifle is a Savage Model 12 LRP with a 26" barrel shooting 140gr Amax @ 2800fps. Temps were about 50-60F and I was getting good low standard deviations on my loads while doing some accuracy testing only an hour before.
Target it too small to be seen in this picture, but its right infront of the first hill.
First shot was low on the target, a couple clicks on the elevation turret and I was punching the center.
This target also has a hostage flapper, but unfortunately I couldn't see it through my SWFA 10X scope. The scope just doesn't have the resolution to discern the 5" of steel poking out the side at 900 yards. I think its time for a new scope now.
Big thanks to Jake at JC steel for this chunk of AR500!
