I've been involved with the 1814 Society which is a segment of the Army Historical Society that is dedicated to raising money to build the National Museum of the United States Army at Ft Belvoir, VA. This last Wednesday we had a meeting in Arlington, VA and one of the guest speakers was Joe Mantegna who is the spokesperson for the museum. He also, as many know, co-hosts the annual Memorial Day Celebration. He is a great supporter of the military as well as the NRA. My wife and I had the opportunity to meet and talk with him briefly and he is a very personable man who really seems to have a genuine admiration for the military. He also is extremely proud of his association with the NRA and his involvement with hunting and the shooting sports. Just wanted to let everyone know that there are some good guys out there supporting us! George

Having had the opportunity to work with Joe the past two seasons of Gun Stories (Outdoor Channel), I can tell you he is quite proud to be working with the museum and he is quite an enthusiastic shooter. He's in Italy right now visiting Benelli to get some more TV footage, he's a great guy who deserves our support.

Joe has my support as well.

He does a good job in both of his shows on TV. Criminal Minds on CBS(His acting is phenomenal!), and Gun Stories on the Outdoor Channel(He does a great job hosting too!)
