Cool post. Did you note that staircse. Im no carpenter, fortunately, but Ill bet that would cost $50,000 alone to build today. Seems like $350,000 is a bargain. If there was only a 1000 yard range under the front porch Id take it.

I have a cousin or an uncle in Berlin that owns an entire city block - builds those circular staircases - all hand built....

I guess he does pretty good!

Seems awful cheap for such an awesome piece of history. Looks like someone tried to make it a BnB and got far enough to realize it was a stupid idea.
