I see alot of talk about the sr25emc and the lmt mws among others. I was wondering about the lrp-07. Have you had any issues with these, stoppages, etc? Importantly do they seem to be as reliable as these other two? I find bits and pieces of info in other threads but wanted to hear more. thanks

There is more recoil, but the recoil impulse is pretty fast and sight acquisition is very fast.

I believe Robbie Johnson ran one of these when he was with the Army Marksmanship Unit.
They have been recommended to me by some serious Military shooters.

Re: JP LRP-07 OWNERS

I've had one for about a year and I've probably only shot about 400 rounds through it. The recoil impulse is like a standard .223. I haven't weighed my rifle, but it has a PRS stock and 18" lightweight barrel with the standard JP break.

No malfunctions as of yet with the Magpul mags.

I recently shot it at the Fort Benning 3 Gun Match with a new Swaro Z6i 1-6X BRT reticle. I REALLY like this rifle!

I bought this because I wanted a 308 and I thought my JP CTR-02 was better than any other .223 I had shot.

I know this is my first post and I'm not pushing JP. In fact I came to the forum to get info about the KAC SR-25 EMC because I'm interested in getting an additional 308.
