JPs new Semi-monolithic Small Frame SCI-20

Being a JP fanboy I read the bulletin every month it when it comes to my email. Last month they released their new ambi lower. But in the very beginning of the bulletin they made a typo. They mentioned a new Semi-monolithic upper, but had no details on it later in the bulletin.

So being the curious fellow I am, I emailed them asking about it. They gave me a vague answer letting me know I would be very happy in September. Well guess what, Its on their webpage now!

So the SCI-20 upper is not compatible with the ASF-20 lower? That would have been a sweet build.

Yeh I emailed them today to get a time frame for an order. You would think they would have made a lower for it that you can hold the bolt to the rear and release it from the other side like an ADM lower features.

Holding and releasing the bolt shouldn't be affected by their side charger does it?
I don't know if I want their ambi lower or the monolithic upper. I'm probably gonna end up with that lower

Well on the regular SCR hitting the bolt release paddle is hard due to the side charger. You really have to use the side charger to release it easier. At least thats what I do on mine.

One day I will own a JP rifle. Also one day ill be a good enough shooter to enjoy a JP rifle.

I have 2 lrp07's and 1 jp-15 Ultralight they are works of art and shoots even better.
