Up until now you have had little choice for bottom metal for these rifles...I got an email from Jeff at CDI and he is making the DBM Bottom Metal for the new Savage rifles that utilize the new style bottom bolt release...he advises its a little more fitting involved but he is making the DBM BM...it accepts AICS mags just like the other CDI DBM BM...price I understand is the same as the standard style...

He's been making bottom metal for all the Savages for years...the NEWER Bottom Bolt Release by the trigger guard DBM is new(er)...I've had his standard SA and LA DBM BM for a few years now...excellent BM...
Anyone have pics/ has Jeff posted pics of it up yet? Has the glue on lever solution been replaced/solved yet? And finally are .223 AICS mags available anywhere?
