Yea, fix your caps lock key. No one wants to read posts in all capital letters. Do that first then suggestions for ammo and scopes will follow.
ammo - I'd start with FGMM and Hornady match.
scope - lots of great choices - the recommendations will be easier if we knew what magnification range you were looking for.
regardless, under 2k there are plenty of excellent scopes from Leupold, Nightforce, Quigley Ford, Vortex, Steiner, Bushnell, Burris, etc. more details on your need are necessary.

Its the rare optic that has a ballistic reticle designed for the best 308 round with holds out to 2k yards.
Duh.
only buy Countersniper if you can snag a contract overrun, otherwise S&B/Kahles/Henny are a better value.
