<span style="font-weight: bold">BLRPRC (2 Days)</span>
This is a two day course designed for the novice marksman who recently acquired a precision rifle platform, but it is highly encouraged and recommended for those who have had little or no formal training to attend. We promote a friendly and professional environment that puts new shooters at ease. We specialize in making you comfortable while giving you the best learning environment possible. A fast paced course, it will begin with firearms safety and rapidly transition into equipment comprehension, fundamentals of marksmanship, basic ballistics, wind reading, range estimation, movers and target engagements to 800 yards. Students will complete the course and have a basic proficiency in firearm safety, marksmanship fundamentals and a combined knowledge of their personal capabilities with their equipment.

• Employing the Milliradian reticule for range estimation

• Engagement of moving targets
• Building your position, basic fundamentals of marksmanship, trigger control, recoil management

Addition Information:</span>
There are good hotels in Crestview FL – they are 30 minutes away from the range (approx 25-30 miles). There is plenty of fast food, restaurants and shopping near the hotels as well. Stock up in town, there are no services near the facility. If you are interested in staying in the bunk house at no cost please contact us.

If you have trouble getting your rifle together in time, we do have multiple GA Precision rifles with mil/mil scopes available for rental.

For anyone in the Southeast, or anywhere else for that matter. If you are on the fence about coming, or need Basic training, come to K+M for a Basic Class it will be money well spent to make you a better shooter

Shannon has a excellent 2 day course put together. You will not only cover the basics, but get personalized instruction and get to put a lot of rounds down range on a course of fire second to none.

I guarantee you will leave a better shooter, and have plenty of tools in your kit to continue to improve.

I can say that both Bryan and Shannon are awesome people. They run one of the best ranges, have some of the best matches, and they can both shoot! Next time you and the big man get a chance you should shoot one their matches. They are a class act and their action speak louder than my words.

Currently we do not a basic Course planned for the fall. Tentatively the next Basic Course is penciled down for Feb 2013. We are super busy and the calendar is tight. We have received a number of guys requesting fall course dates, so if it keeps up we might try to squeeze one in early Nov. It is the only open date(s) without getting to close to the holidays.

Class was AMAZING. You guys have a hell of a facility and some amazing lessons to give. I appreciate the professionalism and amount of knowldge you dropped on us in the 2 days.

I came away with a better understanding of match prep and training that needs to be done daily. The real work starts now on our own away from you guys and the K&M range.

Shannon & Bryan,

WOW, this class exceeded my expectations. Your team (thanks to Mike & Don as well) was knowledgeable, professional & patient. I learned from each instructor and appreciate the experience they brought from the military, law enforcement and competition shooting.

The range is absolutely fabulous. From the moving targets, the towers and shooting targets in the cars (my fav) was worth the 6 hour drive itself. Now I have lots to practice with the formulas & positions we used. Thanks for allowing us to ‘play’ with your weapons – getting a feel for various rifles, scopes, bolts etc will assist in creating my custom rifle.

Will be practicing what I’ve learned and look forward to your next course (the rope wall and crawling through the pipe?

Was a pleasure to meet all of you. Great group of guys and lady (Dawn) Everyone worked hard and whether you realize it or not, everyone in the class left a better shooter by far than when they arrived at K+M

Without a doubt the best positional drill class I've seen. Look forward to seeing everyone again down the road sometime.
