KAC Bipod Adaptor Issue

Every time I tighten the bipod down to this mount, it forces the rifle to 3-4 degrees to one side. Is that the nature of the mount or am I doing it wrong?

Hard to see in the pictures - but that's the setup, non-swivel harris and KAC adaptor.

Mine does the same thing, however I have the swivel bipod so its not an issue. Side question, is that a factory tan SR-25?

It's actually 5.56 it is a SR-15 setup to look like a M110. Glad your's does the same thing, I will just tighten it down and let the left leg pop out one notch I guess...

Nice looking rifle! I'd suggest upgrading to the swivel bipod at some point as it will save you a lot of grief! Who did the tan paint job for you?
