Just opened my Kahles K624i this thanks giving morning followed the directions and can't get the scope to go above 12.4 mils anyone out there have this happen? Help would be much appreciated

I am guessing it is currently zeroed way up in the elevation range. I would reset the turret about 10 mils further down and see if it doesn't start working.

Nope, nothing and I found some other issues with it looks like this one may have got skipped on QC.... Gonna send it back and try again cause the scope is awesome minus two issues

If the zero stop was set near optical zero and he did not have a tapered base, the zero stop would engage and limit the travel.

Wouldnt the zero stop limate the travel down not up?
He also made it sound this happened right after he unboxed it and not yet mounted it.

I think you may be thinking that it will not come out of the second rev and the ZS is set too high. I think he cant get it into the second rev. But I have been wrong before.

Could have been damaged during shipping I don't know, but the scope wouldn't turn past 12.4 mils. The boys at Eurooptic are take care of me, fantastic customer service.

I have the same scope and the zero stop function is not exactly intuitive.
There is a good chance you didn't reset the turret. When mine arrived, it took a few steps to get the full elevation range.
Good luck with the next one, it is an awesome scope.

Yeah when I opened it I followed the directions and reset the turret to get full elevation travel, the second issue was about 4 or 5 scratches that lit up when you turned on the illumination, it's a bad ass scope can't wait to get the replacement shit happens what can I say
