I'm organizing a carbine course and need a range within a half hour of Kansas City (or an hour from Lee's Summit). Parma, Lake City and Jackson County Sheriff's office have all turned me down. Any suggestions??

What ranges do you need? There is a 25 meter range on Fort Leavenworth if I am correct. You might try contacting the Fort Leavenworth Garrison Command for information and maybe if you offered a free course of instruction for the CGSC aka Command and General Staff College that would sweaten the deal?
Just an idea.
Also check with MissouriConservation.org for other ranges.

Wow, thanks!

I need a 100yd (preferably out to 200yd but not necessary) range where 10-15 shooters can be on the firing line simultaneously.

Lotawana Sportmans Clubs rifle and pistol range is not up and running yet, they are waiting for the NRA to approve there range and also tell them what they need to do to get in compliance. I was at there range last weekend to become a member and it looks like the range has not been used in years.they are only running a trap range at this time.
