Kelby Atlas Rail screws?? Sizes?

So got a Kelby Atlas action and mounting rail today and the rail screws for the action are too small?
Do these actions have different screws than standard for 700 clone?

if is it user error as my son says..?
I also have a Leupold screw kit and none fit?

All my Atlas actions are 8x40.

Is the rail you got from Kelbly or other?

I have not got a Kelby rail yet
Saw that as an option on their site and thought that may be my only option.

however contacted Talley over weekend and they said they have a light weight ring set for this acton
So looking into that
