We’ve sold millions of 22 tracers and had less than 10 complaints over the past four years. If you pm me what gun you were using we can provide feedback and replacement ammo. As with all 22 ammo, it won’t work with every single 22. It works with 80%+ of 22 platforms on the market and the barrel needs to be ~3.5” or longer to get consistent light.

Oooooh well that may just explain it then. I was using a 2.8" barrel. I don't recall seeing anything on the box specifying barrel length requirements, but I do see it on your website that is says "4” or longer barrels work best." We bought them from an LGS. I'll PM you.
