So I’m considering pulling the trigger on a set, unfortunately I don’t have any way of seeing them in person until they arrive at the house. They guys at camera land speak very highly of them, they’re putting them just under the swaro slc. Can anyone give me some first hand opinions of this glass?
Thanks in advance!

I have a set of Kowa 10x32 Prominar binoculars. They are not Kowa top of the line binoculars. They are outstanding. They are better than I was expecting. Genesis is their top of the line so I would expect some improvements over the Prominar line.

I would absolutely buy Kowa binos that use the same Prominar Flourite crystal as the spotters. My Kowa 553 spotter is light and amazing views.

Don't know whether the glass is the same though.

I am impressed with all the Kowa spotters I have looked through.

The view and the focus is stunningly good, crisp, and bright. they are a step above the meopta They are heavy, but built like a alpha bino should be. Hell of a deal and a great piece of glass at 1k price point. but they are not threaded for an outdoorsman or other style tripod adapter

I was almost sold on them, I decided to go with a almost new pair of SLC 10x42 because of the resale value and the ability to use the tripod adapter.

Looking real hard at a pair of the 10.5x44.

How do they compare to the Conquest HD 10x42 and Meostar 10x42?

Thanks
I haven’t looked through the Meostars or kowas. I have looked through the conquest HD’s and honestly I wasn’t in the least bit impressed, I sampled them
Side by side with the vortex razors and swaro slc and they were both far superior to my eyes. Call io
To cameraland they’ll take care of you, they’ll even return them if you decide you don’t like them

I'm late to the party here but the Genesis10.5*44 binos I have are just as good as my EL's. The 10*33 was NOT as good as the Swaro's, but very nice in their own right. For the Price, the Genesis line is very tough to beat. I sell a lot of them, the 55X spotters and the 88X spotters. Great products and great support with Paul Kardos at the helm.
