KRG Bravo Tikka T1x Balance

I have a T1x in a Bravo and it is way too back heavy. I added a heavy arca rail from KRG, a t-slot forend weight from KRG, MDT M-lok weights at the end of the rifle and it is still way too back heavy. The balance point is somewhere around the magwell right now. I don't wanna rest my rifle on the mag.

If I wanna keep playing the weights game by next options is buying a spigot to stick out the end and an arca rail spacer from KRG to add weight.

Any ideas on how to add more weight to the front?

I have always thought it curious that we will spend a lot of money for additional weights to stick on to various parts of our guns in order to try and balance them. I have a hard time believing just how much a 4 ounce chunk of steel can cost once it is marketed as being a specialty "precision rifle weight"!

When I was faced with the same problem with my Tikka I thought about the options and cost verses effect. I chose to go the tuner route. At nearly a pound in weight and right at the muzzle end it brought the balance point to a far more neutral position and improved accuracy with a bit of work. From a "function vs cost" perspective it seems to me to be a good choice.

What Tuner did you install?
Just like thesniper my T1X is butt-heavy... have MDT XRS fore-end weight, mlok weights, still doesn't balance forward without the heavy bag. When I went looking for tuners, found these:

Gary Eliseo will install a straight .900 Shilen barrel--any length--but that's an expensive way to get more weight out front.
Balance pic... only with heavy bag, still needs more weight out front

I’ve been through this exact scenario, basically you need to just keep adding weight as far forward as possible. If you have a 16” barrel then it’s going to be really tough.
This rail could be worth trying https://aandjsporting.com/l3i-14-universal-arca-rail-heavy-steel/

I’ve ended up putting on a 25.5” medium palma barrel and it still needs weight in the forend to balance it out.

beetroot, are you happy with the 25.5” medium palma barrel? Any pics posted here? Gary Eliseo will install a .900" Shilen barrel for a reasonable price but doesn't have them in stock, they're on backorder. I'm trying to decide if a 24" Shilen would be enough extra weight up front. Also kind of curious as to how much extra barrel the T1X action can handle, maybe that's not an issue.

I've had a few extraction issues with it which I'm just putting own to growing pains, as the company that did the job hasn't rebarrelled a T1x before.

They didn't have any issues with the action taking such a long barrel, the mounting "system" is pretty similar to other riflefires so I'm guessing it'll cope just fine.

The rifle definitely sits on a bag much nicer now, it shoots well, handles well, basically once the extraction issue is sorted I'll be very happy.

A 26" barrel would be safer I think, but a .9" strait should be a little heavier, so 24" might be ok. If you want maximum weight with the Bravo go 26", if you want a little shorter/handier then 24" would obviously be better.
