Right you are. Showed an action mounted in the chassis and I thought it would get the visual across.
My bad. Sorry.
No need to apologize, haha. I had hoped you had simply out the wrong post number and there was one with more info is all.
Since that’s not the case, I’ll throw my hat in with my thoughts on the standard Bravo, which shouldn’t differ much from the 457 version.
As a base option chassis, the Bravo is about the best option going right now. It stomps the MagPul Hunter, and is better setup for precision work than any of the factory stocks (including the MTR stock, which is pretty comfy by itself, IMO). It has the ability to be balanced w/ weighted spacers, take an ARCA rail, have a bipod spigot, QD points, tool-less adjustable buttpad, already has an adjustable cheek piece, etc. It’s incredibly modular, and each of these additions can be acquired one at a time as funds allow. Is it a Manners/McMillan/MPA? Nope, but it doesn’t pretend to be, either.
I’m seriously considering a 457 build with one. I’d prefer the Manners VPT version, but for a few hundred less (funds that will get put towards glass), the Bravo will do an excellent job.
