I don't usually write reviews for vendors: expect good service as a basic requirement. But the SWFA guys deserve a shout-out. I ordered two sets of scope rings and ended up changing my order twice due to availability and additional info. They squared me away both times with the most pleasant service and only charged me once for shipping even though I broke it up into two shipments. Thanks guys.

I recently had a similar experience with them and to say they're superb is an understatement. They have my business.

They turn out a hell of a scope too.....

I had a hell of a time trying to get a new shooter set up with a scope and proper height rings. (out of state over the phone) In the end, he went through three sets of rings and two scopes before getting the right combination that worked with his particular rifle. SWFA worked with us over the phone several times to troubleshoot, took the returns with no question, and even covered shipping on a few sets when they didn't have to. I commend them for that and they have earned my repeat business.

Just another reason that I will also use SWFA for all my future optics purchases.

I placed an order for a SS 5-20x HD scope on the 5/24/2011. About two weeks later I added a set of ARC gen 2 rings to my order. After reading some of the posts stating that the Gen 2 rigs sometimes rotate the scope during tighenting, I called SWFA back and requested that my ARC gen 2 rings be substituted with the new gen 3 rings. BTW, all this adding and changing to my order was as simple and seemless as a simply phone call.

In the mean time I've been keeping up with the SS 5-20 HD Group buy thread and noticed that SWFA was shipping scopes that were order after my order date. I figured that the rings were holding up the order and didn't think twice about it. This morning Dave from SWFA <span style="font-weight: bold">CALLED ME</span> to let me know that they hadn't forgotten about me, had a scope in my name sitting aside, and were awaiting the shipment of the new gen 3 rings. Customer service as it should be. In a word FANTASTIC!

I haven't received my order yet (04June). But I have called SWFA three times to take items off my order and to add other items to my order. Each time the changes were made seamlessly; average hold time was >30sec and the person on the other end of the line was alway helpful and informative. I have been very impressed with SWFA thus far, and have no problem recommending them.

I live close by and can attest to SWFA's professionalism when going in-person as well. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and always a pleasure to deal with!

These guys are top notch. Their price match guarantee and customer service is superior to anybody else around the DFW area.

Going through the same as i type this. They are taking care of me and i told them to please charge me shipping on the trip back. They were gonna ship to me on their dollar but i insist they charge me since i am the one who guessed wrong.

I'm setting up a rifle for my uncle. I ordered a base rings and a scope last Sunday and all of it was in my hands on Tuesday afternoon when I got home. +100 for SWFA!
