I was wondering what the actual make and scope power range is that everyone is running on their various large calibre rifles rifles for shooting beyond 1000 yards.
i.e. .375 Cheytac, 408 Cheytac etc.
I have tried running a 8-32x56 NXS on my .375 Cheytac but with the 40moa rail and 15 moa canted Barrett rings I have to sight the rifle in for 800 odd yards. With the same rail and ring set up using a 5.5-22x56 NXS I can get from 100 yards with over 90 moa of elevation left on the turret. I did however like the magnification of the 32 power NXS.
