I went into this weekend not expecting much to happen.
According to all my trail camera pictures most of the good deer had went nocturnal.
I could not resist and wanted to give it one last go before the season ended on Sunday.
Saturday did not go as planned I just saw a few turkeys that morning and when i went to climb into my evening spot i found a huge wasp nest in the seat cover, thankfully it has been cold the days prior and the wasps were slow moving and i was able to shimmy down the steps before getting stung, and to think i almost went to that stand that morning, i would not have seen the wasp and been in for a real mess
needless to say Saturday was unproductive, i decided i would sit Sunday morning a call it a day
not much happened until around 8:30am when i looked up and saw 3 bucks moving my way, i shot the biggest
he is my no means a giant but for Florida i will take him
also got a little bacon for the grill
