I was drunk and having a bad day and have been under some pressure lately personally and professionally which has taken its toll on me. I'm not usually the type that does that. I'm quite embarrassed about my behavior. I was in the midst of literally waves of Panic attacks last night and the booze didn't help.

I apologise if I gave anyone cause for concern.

My Grandmother summed it up for me once long ago, I had been staying with her for a little while and I came in a bit loaded one night. The next morning she told me not to come back to her house if I was going to come in, and I quote "High stepping around, talking about things you don't know anything about".

Lift weights for 2.5 hours every day. Rotate exercises to focus different muscle groups. Don't go for the big weight off the bat. If you still have panic attacks you're not working hard enough. 99% of your attention should be focused on not dying after you're done, if you can still think you're not working hard enough. The more it sucks the better job you are doing.

This will 100% solve your problem.

The panic attacks have stopped for the time being. I'm on the road to a full picture of health.

I was only talking with another bother last night and he remarked how I have a good therapist and a good network around me. What about those who have no network and are not being treated. You can understand why it's 22 a day.
