Gunsmithing Latest: "Skeeter's" Desert Holographic and LRI Surfaced bedding block.

Here's the stock Skeeter. Kalli finished her up this morning. Floor metal is fitted, bedding block is surfed, and the barreled action will be coated in tomorrow's run.

Were in good shape to ship by Friday. We try to get the stocks done first so that the paint has a chance to gas out a bit prior to shipping.

It's a great time to stay at home or at work. Most locals bug out during this time of year.

Did make it to the circle track races though. Danny Fitzmaurice is staying with us here at the shop. (A GAWD from the old school Pro Stock drag days and owner of Zipper cycles in MD) That's pretty awesome as he's a great guy to talk to. Wealth of business knowledge.

Paint work is a Desert Holographic. Its my pattern that I drew up and have been refining over the last two years. We are about to start offering stencil kits for this pattern so that a guy can do the work himself if he wants. $39.99 for the kit.

We'll be doing another video on it before too long to show guys at home how it all works. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

The "scenery" has to make up for some of that...right? I hear ya though, it would get old. I know I've been out there a few years for work just prior to, and for the beginning of the rally. It gets old very quickly when you're trying to carry on with your normal life.
