Left hand Trigger on a Right hand gun

Just wondering has anyone put a left side safety on a right handed gun? I'm right handed my brother is left. I notice when he fires my right handed Remington 700 he doesn't have to re-grip to push safety to the fire position, were I have to move my grip push safe to fire then re-grip. Is there any reason I cant get a new trigger with left safety and gtg?

Assuming it is a 700,bolt stop will be an issue, and the stock will also have to be inserted. Also the action is relieved on the right side for the safety. Too much hassle to make work. You may want to look into a bottom safety. Puts the safety in the trigger guard, worried me at first but have had no problems with my trg.

All valid point's I didn't think about. I did notic a Jewell trigger with a bottom safety. You only have to mod the bottom metal to fit right?
