Ok so long story short, my family is Canadian but is living in the USA (Arizona) and we have the right to purchase firearms. I was told by a friend who owns suppressors that to own one you had to be American so I took his word for it. I never really checked up on it myself as it wasn't high on my priority list. Well I would love to own one( its awesome not having to wear ear muffs while shooting, recoil management is also a bonus), and I will have some funds opening up in the near future, so Im tryng to find out the legality's.
Is there any legal way a Canadian can own a suppressor in the US or is it strictly only legal for US citizens?
Thanks
-Felipe
