Hello, posted this on the hide equipment side but just saw this section. Sorry for repost.
I just received my Leica 2700B crf and had a brief chance to play with it. The current weather here is overcast and raining on and off. I noticed while ranging darker back around, I can see led bleed over around the reticle and the distance displayed. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this normal?

Actually I have the 1000 and I could see bleed over.and could even see the outline of one of the parts transistor or something ..Called Lecia and they told me something needed turned down and they would do it for free...

I can see the transistor thing you are talking about bleeding around the reticle. Another thing I noticed is when sunny outside I can barely read the 4th digit (example 103.4 yds, I can barely make out the “1”). Gonna return the unit and try something else. Thanks for the response.
