While I have no way of knowing, I think perhaps someone from the true Elites that run the world has already "explained" to Trump the limits of what he will be allowed to actually do (as opposed to saying whatever he feels like).
I don't think he has what it takes to defy them and the deep state and knowingly/willingly wind up being a martyr to help kick start the final fight for freedom or slavery.
