Right. And then change the Hula girl on the dash out for something else every now and then.
Data doesn't win wars.
Why do you think they started this whole COVID thing? Trump was hurting them in the pocketbook. That is what I'm saying . The Trade War and buying made in the USA will detroy their military . Without our consumer monies they cannot support their military .
Just a little more time without a haircut and I can pull off the Captain Jack Sparrow look.
Got to go get some beads.
Interesting concept. Getting the commies in congress to sign off on it would be harder than the work downrange.
Only way that this can realistically happen is if we get a nuclear attack sub and a good crew. And build a secret base that we can supply inside of some protected waters.Pirates used to actually be a big problem in the south china sea before the communists took over.
Getting rid of them by any means necessary was one of the first things they did after consolidating control.
If you think the Chinese will put up with a bunch of independents playing pirate with military ships, you don't understand communists.
Unless you have our actual navy and air force behind you, you will get wiped out in short order. And if our actual navy and air force gets involved, there is a good chance the communists see it as an existential threat and decide to go all in and see where it goes.
Don't make the mistake of thinking that the other side is any less dedicated to their own best interest as you are. Don't also think they don't spend just as much time as we do thinking about senarios.
Over the past 20 years we went and invaded some of the poorest, weakest, most backwards place on the planet. China is a whole different ball game, you either beat them at their own game of soft power and pressure, or you decide to be willing to go full on nuclear war.
Tangent alert: This article makes some very good points on the Spratly Islands and others but did not mention the geology of the islands. All of China’s island military installations are built on dredged sand. Those of you that are old enough to remember the San Francisco quake of 1989 the Fisherman’s Wharf area shook like jello because the whole area was filled in and filled in with rock and more solid shit than the sand used in the Spratlys. The CIA does employ geologists to analyze underlying formations of potential targets. If shit goes kinetic with the PRC I can almost guarantee that the Air Force or Navy will drop some ordnance designed to maximize a sub surface shockwave and cause liquefaction. It was probably hard AF to build airfields on sand, it will be harder to rebuild after a big strike.![]()
China's Fake South China Sea Islands Could Become More Trouble Than They're Worth
Key point: The islands of the SCS have some military relevance, but are more important as a political claim to waterways and undersea resources. China has built some islands in the South China Sea. Can it protect them? During World War II Japan found that control of islands offered some...nationalinterest.org

MOAB generates an airborne pressure wave great for killing humans and flattening houses above grade, think bunker buster set to go off 20-30 feet below ground with a low frequency explosive similar to ANFO. If we want to capture an airfield intact and kill all the humans in the area and don't care about the structures the MOAB would be a good option but the MOAB has to be dropped out of the back of a cargo plane that would get shot down before it got close to the target, this ain't Asscrackistan. What I hear you saying is that the MOAB (Mother Of All Bombs) would be renamed ID's (Island Dissolver's)
One problem with all this: if you capture a ship and bring it in as a prize, Nobody wants Nikes anymore.
If you sink it, all those Nikes float.
A container ship full of 70 Inch TV's? Well, maybe.
A steady stream of Chinese stock for Harbor Freight and Walmart? New Reef.
Refusal to allow them to dock would be a good first step.
Stop all passage at the Panama Canal (which is pretty much occupied by the Chinese anyway).
No landings at Seattle, Portland or Long Beach, (wait. Didn't we give control of Long Beach to the Chinese?).

The MOAB is too long and too wide to fit in the bomb bay of a B-1, B-2 or B-52, bunker busters OTOH.You sure only a cargo plane?
Supprise deliveries are available.

I'm kind thinking of going small and keeping costs down. Retro you know?View attachment 7302915
But we’d have to melt down all those Ballestar Molinas!I mean, thats what the US Naval Institute seems to think...

Unleash the Privateers!
The threat of privateers to China’s maritime economy could strengthen deterrence and possibly prevent a war.www.usni.org
So my only real question is, who can build a new copy of the Graf Spee? Or are we up for some sneaky Pinguin action?

I say let’s start taking donations to buy the Battle wagon New Jersey out of mothballs. All recruits get an eye patch and a cutlass.
My only question is are those 16” guns MOA or MIL?
@W54/XM-388
I’ve read all your posts on this subject and follow your logic and reasoning. I only have one question for you.
Are you in, or out?
