Thank you. I have been really happy with the rifle. It started out as a 308 but I like it better as a 6.5 creedmoor. I'm going to finish up the paint after I change the scope.

Re: Let's see your 6.5 Creedmoor Rifles

Theres some nice rifles here guys. I can't wait until my Creedmoor is finished.

I just ordered a barrel and new recoil lug, a bunch of components, and my manners t4a should be ready next week.

I'll post some pics once everything gets put together in a couple weeks.

Re: Let's see your 6.5 Creedmoor Rifles

So glad to see that the creedmoor is holding its own. A few years ago when I had planed to start a creedmoor build I was a little worried with all the skeptics saying it wouldn't last.

Second time go around, I am starting another build.

Tikka T3 action
Rock Creek #5 sporter fluted (group buy)
Manners MCS-T
CDI Bottom Metal

will be awhile before its done though...

Ah it's not "tactical" looking but no one is shooting at me at comps so no need to be all camouflaged up LOL

Rob, the khaki skid plate clashes too bad to look cool. You need to go black and learn your color wheel. </div></div>

Re: Let's see your 6.5 Creedmoor Rifles

I know Mike. I am going to get a black one eventually and put the tan on my other rifle.

Spent the afternoon over at Elm Fork on the 100yrd range. It was just like Christmas day for me since this was my first trip out with a Surgeon Scalpel shooting factory Hornady 140gr 6.5mm Creedmoor loads. I am giddy with the results and performance. It is the most precision rifle I have ever shot. I'll need to find a longer range....
